Give your headcount and event length so the order gets sized properly.

Set near the eaves so old roofing can drop straight into the box.
Plenty of room for a whole-house clear-out with bulky furniture.
Agree on a swap routine at the start, so debris never holds up the work.
For refits, tenant turnovers and clearing out pallets or old fixtures.
A provider will want crew size and site access first, so have them ready.
Wide doors, level floors, grab bars and space to turn a wheelchair.
Low walls make for easy tossing, and the footprint suits a short driveway.
Short walls and a clear fill line for slab, brick, block and dirt.
Set on firm, level ground, with a clear path for the service truck.

Renting a roll-off in a small city such as DuPont, WA often comes down to who will drive out and how soon. HBI Roll Off gives you one number to try, then connects you with a local provider if one covers your address.
Say what you are clearing and about how much of it there is. Size, rental length and price all get settled with the hauler serving DuPont, because those three change from one place to the next.
How the line works for DuPont callers, and what stays with the provider.
Concrete, brick and dirt need short-walled containers and a clear fill line. Mention them first so the right box gets sent.
Included weight, per-ton overage, rental days and extension costs. Knowing these four before delivery heads off most billing surprises.
We connect the call. The provider delivers, services and collects, and bills you directly. No confusion on who to phone later.
Describe what is going in rather than guessing yards. Roofing, concrete and household clutter all load very differently.
Ask about 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yard containers. Not every provider stocks every size, so have a second choice in mind.
A few things worth knowing before a truck heads to DuPont.
Usually, as long as the container is sized for the weight. Layers matter: two layers on a DuPont roof can double the tonnage. Have your square count ready, and ask whether shingles need to stay separate from other debris where you are.
Ask for both on the same call. Remodels and builds in DuPont often need the pair, and some providers carry both while others handle only one. If they are separate companies, you will have two deliveries to coordinate.
Sometimes. It depends on whether a provider serving DuPont has a container open and a truck with room on its route. Your odds improve if you call early in the day and stay flexible on size. Nobody can promise it for every address.
Ask for a short-walled heavy-debris container, and keep the fill below the marked line so the truck stays legal on WA roads. Clean concrete with no trash mixed in may be recycled, which can change how a DuPont provider prices it.
On private property, usually not. On a street, sidewalk or other public right of way, many towns do require one, and the rules differ across WA. Check with the DuPont public works or permit office before the drop-off date.
Rental periods are set by each provider, and many start around a week. If your DuPont project may run long, say so on the first call, because extra days are often cheaper when agreed before delivery than added afterward.
